My Biography
I bring a wide range of experience and training and use this to enable and facilitate change in the lives of my clients. For over a dozen years, I have worked with a broad and diverse range of clients presenting problems from depression and anxiety, to relationship and work issues, to severe mental health issues. I have worked in college counseling, as a therapist, most recently at Bowdoin College in Brunswick Maine, in a hospital mental health unit, in a hospital emergency room, in community mental health, and in correctional facilities. Most recently, I have become an Associate Fellow and Approved Supervisor in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City.
